			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Protein is the single most important food or supplement your body needs while weight lifting.  Ideally for gaining muscle mass, you will need to take in 1.5 grams of protein for every pound that you weigh.  This can be a very difficult task for many to accomplish with a normal diet; as a result protein shakes have become very popular and convenient for many lifters.  Immediately after a workout our muscles are able to absorb protein better than any other time of day. This is the most important time for a meal heavy with proteins or shake if you are pressed for time.</p>
<p>Whey protein is absorbed into the muscles faster than any other type and is an excellent choice for a post workout pick me up.  As we sleep our bodies are without any nutrition for eight hours and will begin to break down muscle, if they don&#8217;t have the proper nutrition.  Casein protein absorbs extremely slowly, which makes it a very useful tool to prevent the muscles you&#8217;ve worked so hard for in the gym from going to waste.  </p>
<p>Taking a shake of casein protein will allow your body to continue to get the nutrition it needs without feeding off of your body itself overnight.  Protein shakes are very popular, however there is no replacement for the protein and many other benefits you will gain from a healthy and balanced diet.  Red meats, fish, and almost all forms of dairy have very high protein content, as well as many of the other amino acids and carbohydrates you will need to fuel your workout.  Whether you are looking to start a career in body building or just trying to put on some size to impress the fairer sex; weight lifting, supplemented by a high protein diet will give you the results you desire.</p>

One thing that many people probably have no tried as a means to lose weight is starting off a diet with a cleanse first. Many people will immediately scoff at this idea thinking that a cleanse is just too hard and is impossible and a person will feel too deprived, but this just shows a lack of understanding of what a cleanse is and how many different cleanses there are that a person can do. There is not only one type of cleanse that a person can do, there are cleanses that are of all different lengths as well as ones that will consist of all different types of foods and liquids.</p>
<p>Not all cleanses require a person to solely drink liquid and not have any food for all their duration. There are some cleanses that a person can look up online that will just have a limited meal plan for a person consisting of certain foods to help the body rid itself of unnecessary toxins and hopefully some unwanted weight.</p>
<p>There are cleanses that are purely liquid, but this does not need to seem impossible to any person as these cleanses can be just for a couple of days, a person does not need to feel like this is impossible. Many times the liquid drinks that the cleanse will consist of do in themselves can actually be quite satisfying and therefore a person will not feel deprived in anyway.</p>
<p>Starting off a diet regiment with a cleanse can really help a person with mental preparation for a diet. a big aspect to any diet, especially those diets that are going to be effective is the mental will power that a person has. If a person starts off their diet with a cleanse then this individual will have the mindset of eating less, a cleanse can also make a person feel cleaner and better overall which can also help weight loss efforts. If a person goes into a diet plan feeling ready and healthy and also just have the will power necessary to stick to the diet plan, then this person will most likely be starting an efficient and effective diet.</p>
<p>Many times the point of a cleanse is for a person to just get sued to eating better and know that they will in fact feel better when they are eating better, so the strategy to start off a diet with a cleanse can help a person crave healthier foods that are less calories and also help to decrease a person&#8217;s appetite, which is really important for any diet, as a person is not going to want to be constantly hungry while on a diet, as this is really not sustainable.</p>
<p>As almost anything can ruin a person&#8217;s diet plan, it is really important that a person be serious and go into a diet with the right mindset so that the diet stays on track.</p>
